Andrew Fowler

Country Manager | UK, Apptus

Andrew has over twenty years of experience designing, developing and marketing business solutions for the retail, distribution and mail order sectors.  Over the past fifteen years Andrew has specialised in solutions that relate directly to online sales.
As a technologist and experienced business analyst Andrew prides himself in his ability to apply technology to a business challenge to drive efficiency and profitability.
In his current role Andrew is delighted to have the opportunity to introduce the highly successfully Apptus eSales search, merchandising and personalisation suite into the UK market.
Apptus are leaders in the Scandinavia market and are active throughout Europe and have some of the largest retailers in Sweden as clients.


 

Bobbie Ttooulis

Group Marketing Director | GFS

Bobbie Ttooulis is Group Marketing Director for GFS. Bobbie joined GFS from Experian where she was Head of EMEA Marketing. Prior to that, Bobbie has held senior marketing roles with companies ranging from global market leaders to tech start-ups and shares over 20 years global sales and marketing expertise. 


 

Duncan Licence

VP, Global Product | MetaPack Group

Duncan Licence leads the retail product team at MetaPack, and it is his drive and vision that enables the company to create products that retailers have grown to depend on for their eCommerce delivery strategies. He understands what retailers need, whether its real-time, accurate and actionable data that gives them logistical transparency, or a 360° view of carrier performance to resolve delivery issues quickly.

Duncan and his team have helped many of the world’s leading retailers and brands to navigate the complex, fast-moving world of enterprise eCommerce. This has given him a unique insight and he is forthright in his views on how technology can underpin fantastic customer experiences and what retailer’s need to do to position themselves for the future.

Conversant's vice president of media in the UK, Elliott holds a decade of expertise in media personalisation, blending technology, strategy, and massive data for many of the top Fortune 500 companies. As vice president, Elliott focuses on the importance of accountable media spend through personalisation at scale, leading Conversant’s vision in solving the most challenging digital media issues facing CMOs and media agencies today.


 

James Perrett

VP of Retail | SafeCharge, a Nuvei Company

James Perrett is an experienced finance executive with a proven track record developing and delivering on payment strategies for some of the world’s most recognisable retail brands.

Passionate about commerce, payments and customer experience, James heads up retail for SafeCharge, a Nuvei Company, and is a proud member of the IMRG Taskforce.


 

Jan Jivmark

Senior Marketing Director  | Trustpilot

Jan is Senior Marketing Director at Trustpilot, the global online review platform that builds trust and transparency between businesses and consumers. Before Trustpilot, he held key roles with several major IT multinational vendors – Hewlett Packard, Apple, Sophos and others and he most recently came from Oracle.

 


 

John Gillan

Managing Director Northern Europe | Criteo

John Gillan currently works at Criteo as their Managing Director for Northern Europe. Prior to that he spent nearly ten years at Google as an Industry Leader and focused on building up their retail business. Prior to Google John worked for a number of FMCG companies in various sales and marketing roles. He is passionate about helping retailers and brands drive their e-commerce sales.

 


 

Kevin Salaman

Head of Omnicommerce, Global Product & Innovation | Elavon

Kevin is the Head of Omnicommerce for Elavon, a global payments business. His role includes managing one of the largest payment gateways in North America, and launching a brand new payments platform in Europe.

A payments professional with over 20 years’ international cross border eCommerce and mobile experience. As well as being an experienced team leader, player, motivator and mentor Kevin has an outstanding record of success working with tier one and blue chip global businesses.

He has spent most of his career involved in leading edge technology solutions: including managing the first UK single unit warehouse picking system for 7-Eleven; being a member of the project team managing the first full UK EPoS system rollout; early involvement in loyalty systems including Boots Advantage Card and he was involved with mobile content systems far too early for the available technology – working for the forerunner to iTunes.

Specialisms include eCommerce, payments, alternative payments, mobile payments, card acquiring, mobile content and leading edge technology solutions.

 


 

Mark Siviter

Managing Director – Mails and Retail | Post Office

Since joining the business in 2015, Mark has been responsible for increasing sales performance in the letters and parcels products sold through the Post Office branch network and developing the business strategy for its future growth.

Since starting his career at Jardine Cargo International in 1982, Mark has gained over 30 years of experience in the logistics sector and has held board positions at DX, Menlo Worldwide and most recently at Deutsche Post DHL where he was MD for DHL Global Mail UK and latterly MD for European Sales. Mark also holds an MBA from Ashridge Business School.


 

Matthew Furneaux

Global Commercial Director | Loqate

Matthew Furneaux is the Global Commercial Director for location intelligence specialists Loqate. As Co-founder of Global Address in the late 1990s, he helped to create the International Address Verification sector as we know it today, and since then has spent the past two decades working in the field of commercial technology, with most of this time specialising in data quality and location intelligence for the retail sector.

Matthew joined Loqate in 2013 to lead the international Address Verification business, and now, as Global Commercial Director across the enlarged Location Intelligence business, Matthew is responsible for setting future strategy and aligning customer needs and behaviours with Loqate’s technology solutions.

 


 

Neil Kuschel

CEO Europe | Global-e

Neil Kuschel is CEO Europe at Global-e, the award-winning cross-border ecommerce provider. Neil is responsible for all European functions, including business development, operations, customer account management and project implementations. Neil is an expert in cross-border ecommerce and international shipping with a career spanning 20 years at DHL, working in Europe, Middle East and Africa and culminating as VP Sales for DHL UK, where he led all UK sales activities, including key accounts and ecommerce.


 

Richard Asquith

Global VP Indirect Tax | Avalara

Richard Asquith is the VP of Global Indirect Tax at Avalara, a global transaction tax technology company. He leads Avalara’s outsourced international VAT compliance service. Richard originally qualified at KPMG in the UK, and then spent over ten years with EY in Hungary, Russia and France.

 


 

Sam Holden

Chief Commercial Officer | Yodel

Sam Holden is chief commercial officer at Yodel, overseeing new business, account management and Yodel’s international portfolio. Sam was previously chief operating officer at Ideal Shopping Direct. She has extensive experience of strategic client engagement having held senior positions in online shopping, marketing and financial industries including Shop Direct and Otto Group.

 


 

Steve Rivers

Co-Founder & CCO | Intelligent Reach

Steve Rivers founded the business in 2006, which later rebranded as Intelligent Reach. Steve now serves as Board Member and CCO running the product, customer and sales teams at Intelligent Reach. Steve has over 20 years of digital experience, having left Bristol Business School, he was a publisher of technology magazines (building their first digital revenues), held various digital agency roles, launched his own e-commerce business, and was part of the team that launched the shopping comparison site Shopzilla into the European market. Steve has been driving digital sales for some of the worlds’ biggest companies via product feeds for more than 14 years. 


 

Steve Sneath

Retail Solutions Consultant | Intersoft

As the Sales Director and Retail Solutions Consultant at Intersoft, Steve has decades of experience in the fulfilment side of eCommerce, with 15 years in various leadership roles in Royal Mail and the last 10 years in the Technology sector providing solutions for retailers.  Latterly with the award winning Intersoft; enhancing and improving the customers processes and solutions to meet their customer promises and extend their brand proposition to get their goods in their customers’ hands, and also improve the 360-degree lifecycle of their goods. A proven record of success working with some of the largest retailers in the UK through to helping small start-ups expand their business.


 

Tom Williams

Head of Ecommerce | Maginus

Tom Williams is Maginus’ Head of Ecommerce. Tom has over 15 years’ experience with a breadth of knowledge from eCommerce Platforms, user experience to digital marketing. He has worked with Key Accounts across both Retail and wholesale companies such as Farrow & Ball, Joe Browns, The Royal Mint, 2 Sisters Food Group and Aldridge Security.
