Caroline has over 10 years’ experience studying & working in digital marketing both client and agency-side. She has a solid understanding of online business and digital marketing including key digital marketing channels and project lead and implementation. She is currently working as an Account Director for Watson Marketing with clients across a range of verticals including Retail, Finance as their strategic partner. She is advising them how to leverage IBM technologies and enhance their processes to be successful in their digital transformation.
