Over the Black Friday period we collate an enormous amount of data to help us build a clear picture of online retail performance over the busiest time of the year.

On 6 December, we’ll be presenting a first-reveal of what we learnt from all this data to the IMRG membership – this includes results of the daily sales tracker we run over Black Friday week, insight around marketing campaigns, discounting levels by category throughout November and the impact campaigns have on sales volumes.

This event, supported by IBM, will feature a few short presentations on these datasets, followed by a drinks reception for the annual IMRG member Christmas party.

This event provides you with a great opportunity to find out how others have done (and are doing) during peak trading, to help you contextualise your own performance – in an informal and relaxed setting.
