In this unabridged walkthrough of the customer funnel, IMRG will share the results of a brand-new study, tracking performance on retail sites from site entry right through to payment completion – identifying the common points between retailers who have the highest rates of performance at various stages of the funnel, and those with the lowest.

At this event, IMRG will share granular analysis of how customers behave on retail websites while Zendesk will share some of the findings from their own study "Zendesk Customer Experience Trends Reports 2019".

Zendesk used the data of 45,000 companies using their products to explore how top companies tackle customer support/customer experience to identify what separates leaders from everyone else.
