Christmas performance review

Every Black Friday has proven difficult to predict. Its character has changed every year in a way that has been impossible to anticipate – and still it seems to be evolving yet further. The Black Friday period – and, lest we forget, the Christmas period itself – are the most important times of year for retailers and often account for around a quarter of total sales for the year.

Now that this most frantic retail sales period of the year is just around the corner, what is going to happen this year and what last-minute factors should you be considering?

Join IMRG at our Christmas Performance Review Data Breakfast where we will present on all the data that we tracked over Black Friday and Christmas last year to reveal insights and help us to understand what is likely to happen in 2018.

You will learn

  • The different ways in which retailers approach the Black Friday and Christmas periods
  • The sales patterns over that period and what drove them
  • When retailers switch on their campaigns and how they support them

At this event you’ll find out market averages for how retailers are performing in various areas and learn from best practice examples, plus you get to speak with your peers and debate trends in this area – as well as enjoying a delicious spread of food.
